Pastor Bill was born and raised in Beckley, West Virginia. Bill started preaching in 1985; and started pastoring in 1988. Bill and his wife Carol have been married since 1975. They have two children: Robbie (born in 1976), and Jeffery (born in 1980). Pastor Bill came to Skelton in the Fall of 2005 during a bout with colon cancer. Bill and his family are thankful that God has totally healed him of cancer. Meet the family...
