Friday, May 2 - 6:30 PM Spring Round-Up benefit sing for Hospice House at Calloway Heights Baptist Church. Several local singers including many quartets, trios, duets, solos, and a large choir formed (anyone welcome to join the choir). The choir will be singing old-time church hymns. Come and support this sing. Please see Sister Shirley Snuffer for more information.
Friday, May 9, 6:00 PM Skelton Church Youth will be hosting “Dinner and a Movie.” Dinner will consist of hotdogs and chips. Bring your family to an evening and fun and fellowship.
Saturday, May 10 - 10:00 AM The Youth will host a Church Workday. Come on out help Spring-Clean around the church premises.
Sunday, May 11 Happy Mother’s Day! Skelton Church is blessed with many Godly women.
Thursday, May 15 - 7:00 PM Ladies Christian Fellowship meeting. All ladies invited to attend!
Sunday, May 18, 11:00 AM Youth Sunday. Please come out & support our Youth!
Sunday, May 18, 6:00 PM Youth Bottled Water Ministry to the Hospice House. Please be at the Church by 6 PM.
Tuesday, May 20, 7:00 PM Pine Lodge Nursing Home visitation. Please join us for this special time of singing and encouraging.
Saturday & Sunday - May 24 - 25 Skelton Church Youth will be teaming up with Kilsyth Church Youth to deliver supplies to the Free Will Baptist Family Ministries in Greeneville, Tennessee. We will leave Beckley around 9 AM on Saturday, May 24, and returning to Beckley around 8 PM on Sunday, May 25. We are still accepting school supply donations during the month of May. Please see Jeff Bennett for more information or if you are interested in attending this trip.
